To get your bust size, measure horizontally around the widest part of your bust.

To get your waist size, measure around the part of your waist you plan to wear your lehenga. Our lehenga skirts can be worn high waisted or low waisted depending on your preference.

If you are looking for a size not listed under a product, message us via Instagram, Facebook or email us at [email protected] to request your size. Once approved, please write your size in “notes” at checkout.

Free shipping on all domestic orders! International shipping costs are nominal depending on the destination country.

Yes. We offer international shipping to most locations outside the USA. However, please note that we charge a nominal shipping cost depending on the destination country. International shipping could take 5 to 10 days for delivery.

We do customization (blouse design, color etc) for an order of 5+ dresses. We currently do not offer individual custom orders.

Our lehengas are the perfect choice for your bridesmaids. Please contact us for any special event orders 3 months in advance – we will work diligently with you to meet your color scheme and timely deadlines! 

Yes, all of our blouses have cups!

When we receive your order, we take 1 to 2 days to process it. Please reference each product’s shipping details to see if the product is in stock.

If shipping within the USA, FedEx Express delivers in 2 days. International shipments take 5 to 10 days depending on the destination country.

We recommend signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager so you can control your delivery and receive timely updates.

RETURNS INFORMATION

  • Please contact us at [email protected] to request an RMA number (return material authorization)
  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 5 business days of receiving your order. Once authorized, items must be postmarked within 7 business days of the approval. This includes sale items.
  • Items must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • Orders that have been customized are non-returnable.
  • We process all returns within 6 business days of receiving your items. International return packages can take longer to reach our facility. 
  • Please contact us if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest priority.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

  • Refunds and exchanges are offered but must be authorized by our team before proceeding.
  • Once authorized, we ask that you ship your package back to us at the following address: Receiving Department (RMA#), Desi Is Me, 2010 Valley Oak Rd, Pleasanton, CA 94588 USA
  • We do not provide any return shipping label or postage.
  • Depending on your payment method, funds may take up to 7 business days to post to your account. 
  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. 
  • Exchanges are processed only once we have received the original item(s).

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • Please note: If you have paid original postage to receive your order and a return is made then this is non-refundable.
  • Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
