How do I know what size I am?

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
Waist: Measure where you plan to wear your lehenga—high or low waisted, your choice.

I can't find my size! What do I do?

If you are looking for a size not listed under a product, email us at hello@desiisme.com to request your size.

What is the cost of shipping?

Spend $100, and we’ll cover the shipping — no matter where you are.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! And we offer free international shipping on orders over $100.

Please note: international shipments are subject to duties and fees that we do not cover.

How long does it take to get my Desi Is Me purchase?

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. FedEx delivers in 2 business days in the U.S.

Do the blouses have cups in them?

Yes, all of our blouses have cups!

Can my outfit be customized?

We offer customizations (such as color or blouse design) for bridesmaid orders of 5+ lehengas. If you're planning a group order, email us at hello@desiisme.com to get started!

Do you offer special services for bridal parties?

Yes! Our outfits are the perfect choice for your bridesmaids, groomsmen, and wedding guests!

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Given that we work to fulfill orders ASAP, all orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase (including pre-order). Please ensure you’re confident in your purchase before submitting your order! 

If requested prior to order processing, we may be able to add items or modify the size of ordered items. Please shoot us an email for order modifications here.

What happens if my package gets lost?

If your order is deemed lost, we will issue a re-shipment.

Kindly note that Desi Is Me is not responsible for packages scanned delivered that can’t be located. Porch Piracy has increased as of recent and we recommend tracking your package closely and checking with house members &/or neighbors post delivery.  

How do I care for my outfit?

We recommend spot cleaning only.

What is your return and exchange policy?

To start a return or exchange, please submit a request via your Desi Is Me account or email us at customer_service@desiisme.com to get started.

Requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving your order. Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 business days.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags.
  • Customized pieces, sale items, and jewelry are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Please contact us if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest priority.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are processed once your return has been received and approved.
  • If we do not receive the item within 7 business days of approval, a refund will be issued.

REFUNDS

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility; we do not provide prepaid labels.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return.
  • Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and VAT are non-refundable.
  • We charge a 10% restocking fee on all refunds to help cover the time, care, and resources involved in processing returns — from quality checks and repackaging to absorbing the cost of free shipping. This allows us to keep our pricing fair, reduce waste, and continue offering personalized service to every customer!
